1. General
These terms govern the use of xbikeXpedition tour services. By booking a tour, you agree to these terms. Our tours are operated in the Almaty region, Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. Booking & Payment
Tour reservations are made via WhatsApp. A booking is confirmed only after receiving confirmation from our team. Payment details and cancellation terms are communicated upon booking confirmation.
3. Safety Requirements
All participants must wear the provided protective gear during the entire ride. Participants must follow the guide's instructions at all times. We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
4. Liability
Electric dirt bike riding involves inherent risks. Participants ride at their own risk. xbikeXpedition provides safety equipment and professional guides but is not liable for injuries resulting from participant negligence or failure to follow safety instructions.
5. Cancellation
Cancellations made 48 hours before the tour date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled at no extra cost.
6. Age Requirements
Participants must be at least 16 years old. Riders under 18 require written parental consent. Valid identification may be required at the start of the tour.
