- How much does electric bike rental in Almaty cost?
- Our guided rides start at 25 000 KZT per route, not per rental day. The base bike, protective gear, briefing and guide are included. The booking form adds the selected model supplement. Transfers are included on remote routes. For routes near the city, travel to the start yourself by taxi or public transport; we send you the starting point before the ride.
- Can I rent a Sur-Ron without a guide?
- No. xBike provides electric enduro bikes for guided rides and training only. We do not offer hourly or daily rentals for independent riding.
- Do I need a driving licence for a guided tour?
- A driving licence is not required for our guided tours because we do not use public roads. This applies to xBike tours, not to independent city riding. The instructor briefs you and checks your handling before departure.
- What documents do I need, and is there a deposit?
- An identity document is required to verify your identity. A deposit may be required at the guide's discretion; its terms are agreed before the ride.
- Can I join without motorcycle experience?
- Start with a beginner route or a lesson. Before departure, the instructor explains the controls and checks how you handle the bike in practice. Tell us your riding experience when booking.
- Which bikes can I ride?
